Problem
Most event demos are passive or hard to scale. The challenge was creating a quick interaction loop with leaderboard mechanics and post-experience redirection.
Solution
Developed a computer vision game with head-tracking interaction, ranking feedback, and QR handoff to continue the user journey on mobile.
Technical Approach
Optimized CV pipelines for real-time response and packaged the experience as an executable workflow for reliable offline operation in event venues.
